Right, here are some things you might want to consider:

1. Free lessons for beginners. You might wanna add diagrams and sound files to the text to make it easier to understand, but I`m not sure how you would make the sound files.

2. Free online tuners for four, five, and six-stringed bass. This way, people don`t have to run back and forth between a piano and the computer to tune it.

3. A well-moderated forum. By this I mean a forum that hopefully doesn`t involve swearing and that sort of thing. This way, you`ll have a broader range of visitors.

4. An area for tabs. Let people send them in and paste em. If you want to add sound files, do so; it would help.

5. Obviously, you`ll want a contact page, but you might alsocwant to have a refrence book page. That is to say, a page of bass reference books if there are any you`d like to recommend.

6. If you`ve had a bad experience with a certain company, you might want a section telling people what NOT to buy.

These are some suggestions, take them if you want to, and good luck with your site!
