Hello, I play 5 stringed fretless bass, and I want to get good, but I don`t know how.
Sometimes it is feeling that I never develop, and I dont know what to do,
Just jamming on the base?

You got any tips?
playing scales fast?
any good exercises?
Thank you

Keep playing and practicing. You will progress if you have the heart. Music is all about learning from mistakes and figuring things out step by step. If you take the bass and reach out with it, you by find what you need.

That`s how I`ve done it ;-)

Scales, intervals, group-work, and sight reading.

Best of luck,

Scales (play `em over and over to build up speed and endurance), arpeggios, etc. If you like slap style, slapping everything you normally pluck will help you build up speed on that too. Also, DO NOT neglect sight reading. I did when I first started and I really regret it.
