I have a Mexican Fender double Fat Strat and love it. I t has two humbuckers and no sigle coils. It plays really well. I still want to replace my pickups with some up graded ones like Duncan`s. The only thing is that my electronics are unreliable. The selector switch will not consistantly activate the correct tones in my pickups. Other than that it is basicly a solid guitar for the money ( 300 - $400)

did you know, the early 80s jap squiers were better quality than the american fenders at the time?
