I want to play guitar so bad, had lessons for a periiod of time, learned how to read music, where the cords and notes are, but darn it. I still don`t know what to do with my right hand!!! Can any one help me please!!!!!!

Many songs use either finger picking or regular pick (or both). You really just need to figure out which one at what point in the song and practice like hell to figure it out. After awhile, you`ll be able to look at music and tell exactly what your hand should be doing...

Okay... I have been playing the guitar for about 4years and took me several months to get it right just remeber that practice makes perfect! :D I learnt chords first and I play most of my songs songs with a down, down, up, up, down, up movement which is repeated over and over again. Hope this helps.

it just takes time man...i remember back when i first started playing and all i could do was throw together em,c,g, and d, and play smoke on the water and iron man...practice doesent make perfect playing the guitar b/c u cant be perfect on the guitar...idc how good u are...i had the privelage of seeing eddie van halen play live and even he made a few mistakes. just get as good as possible
