was that sarcasm? lol because if it was here's my answer - it depends how hard the song is. If you don't know some chords in it, look it up on the internet, or simply ask someone who plays guitar. For me i'd say it takes 2 hrs - 3 days as well lol sorry if that wasn't much help

Well, you guys r smart!!:D JUST KIDDING! no really i was kidding. *aah back off Tacky!I said i was jk!* neways, if u wanna play the guitar u gotta have dedication. you want to want to actually learn it not just half ass it. ive tried it halfassing it and it didn't work--got no where. and if you wanna get serious (you konw, your really serious not just saying it to show off) so here are steps you can go to learn it
1) band teacher please! if you have a guitar, go to him and ask for after school sessions. i did it

2) if thats not possible, then guess what? we have invented the internet! so go use it! i reconmend www.howtoplaytheguitar.com

becuase its a highly effenciant thing. ALSO, you have to have the guitar in hand wit hyou becuase reading it isnt' gonna help you if you cannot SEE it. I know there are also dvds around that can help you out as well! So go GET THEM.

if you need help raising a guitar guess what? every penny adds up just as every grade adds up. So go to the extreme... dont look at me, I did some pretty weird stuff. but do it. And be serious.

another thing, u gotta have FUN playing the guitar. you cnt learn if you dont like it. so go do it.

it takes me about a week, but that's because i'm a beginner, and i'm teaching myself, not taking lessons!!!
