How do you strum...
Im only a beginner,,and im having a little trouble with this..
When i strum it seems like i pick every string.... Instead of getting the chord as a whole..Meaning i have tried with my fingers just brushing the strings which was a lot better but with a pick sheeeeeesh....i tried turnining a pick on its side...hardly touching the strings, but no cigar.....Now somebody has told me im putting the pick in between the strings a little too much and try and keep the pick pointed towards my chin on the downstroke, and to the floor on the upstroke,,,,that dosent seem to be working for me at all NE1 got NE thoughts....
Steve.

Sometimes using a pick that's too heavy can affect your struming. If you're using a pick marked heavy, or an unmarked pick, go to your nearest guitar dealer and ask for some thin, light, or medium picks. Try out all three before buying. If this works, post back.
