my tuner really sucks so im wondering where i could get a really good one

Try Gak.co.uk they are a great music store. You'll also find lots of tuners on ebay. Korg tuners always do the job well. It's best to read online reviews before you commit to buying any product though.

The best are Peterson - not cheap but the best never is.
