What does a Ukulele playe want to see as far as music?
Actual notes, chords symbols, templates?

AND is there a simple way to do this in Finale?

I play a cuatro which is a four-stringed Venezuelan guitar that is similar to a bass ukulele. When I look for sheet music, I generally look for chords since tabs won't work for my instrument, and sheet music from this country for it is practically nonexistent. In regards to Finale, I don't know. Sorry.
