They are both great guitars...but which should I get?

Dean VMNT:
25.5 Scale
Duncan Live Wire Active Pickups

Dean Razorback V:
25.5 Scale
EMG 81/85s
Licensed Floyd Rose

I need some opinions...prefferably of ones who have played these guitars.

Hey. I'm sry i cant be much help because i have never played either of those guitars. But, i just want to advise you to be careful when you buy a Dean guitar. Some of their guitars are overpriced. I have the Dean explosion razorback which usually is sold for $1,110. I got it for $585. Im very happy with that but i dont think its worth the full $1100. I would just suggest trying them both out and see what sounds best to you.

I've heard negative things about some Deans; i hear the Dean's made when Dean Zelinsky was actually a part of the company were the best. If i were you, i'd look into DBZ guitars. Dean Zelinsky left Dean Guitars to form the company, and is doing really good. The import models have recently started shipping and are getting great reviews. I suggest the Venom or Bird of Prey:
