Hey, I am learning this new song, I'm kind of a beginner at guitar and the chords go: B, B/Eb, Abm, E and I can't find any fingerings for B/Eb.

Also, my girlfriends uncle told me that you can place used teabags on your fingers to help build callouses, is that true? And how would I go about that? All help is appreciated
