Hey guys! Ive been playing the pentatonic scale for quite a bit on random starting frets but... recently I noticed a paper that red.
Recommended scale:
G major pentatonic scale
G minor pentatonic scale
B Major pentatonic scale
Well I was wondering... how do I find out where I actually start the scale now?
I heard that the first string you pluck of the scale determines the scale but I dont know how to read the string... can someone please help?

how it works...
in the "pattern" box u chose what fret u want to deal with.
u then select what chord u want.
then the scale u want to work with.
click "get" and it tells u all the correct notes u can use in that key.
choose anything except FULL, in the pattern box and it will also include tabs at the bottom.
