I am not a piano person, i play the trombone but i also want to learn the piano, were looking for one to buy but im wondering what is the best brand, so can anyone help me?

we just have an old upright gulbransen and it works for me, but it`s prety much up to you what the best is. you have your own preferences on key stiffness, tone, volume, fanciness, etc. so just look around and test-play them till you can choose which you like best. then there`s price- that might end up being the deciding factor. personally, my dream is to have a 9 foot concert grand for my living room (most likely that`s all that will be in the room) and i`ll keep the lid all the way up all the time....have fun mate!!!
