i was informed that when playing Hannon Excersises and when my hands get tired is a bad sign of practicing!
can anyone tel me how i can fix this?!
What is the best way to practice them?
I there a certain way of practicing them so that my hands dont get tired-the right way?!

the problem , ur not using your technique, which will cause your hands to hurt or feel tired. practising improper technique will only promote things like carpotunul and tendenidous.
when your practisingmake sure your fingers are bent and you wristes arent collapsing. a good trick to help you is to put a coin on the top of your hand while practising.
do you have a piano teacher? it would proubly be a good thing that you go find a piano teacher to help you...

While you are practicing always check that your fingers are firm, especially at the first joint. Make sure your wrist is completely relaxed. This is the main cause of tension which will cause you to tire quickly. Next make sure the weight of the arm is flowing down to the fingers.
