Ok.
This would probably be in the left hand because it’s so far down the treble clef you would have an easier time reading it in the bass clef.
All you have to do is follow the Leger-lines in order from where you feel comfortable.
Start from Middle C if you have to.
C- line
B- Space
A- line
G- Space
F- line
E- Space
D- line
C- Space
B- line
A- Space
G- line
F- Space
E- line
Now from here all you have to do is make the E “sharp”
So Raise E by 1 semitone and it becomes F
The note your looking at is:
E sharp
OR
F Natural

PS: from middle C this note is about 2 octaves down.
