Okay. I convinced my choir teacher to let us sing Seize the day for one of our concerts.
But I have to find the piano sheet music so she can play it for us.
I don't think they even have piano sheet music for Seize the Day.

Does guitar sheet music work for the piano.

Guitar music works for the piano. If it is tabulature, you will have to write the notes down on paper, otherwise, your choir teacher will be able to play it. I would suggest that you get her a recording of it as well (if she hasn't heard it before).
