It's in the 2nd movement of Moonlight Sonata in that small section with the repeat signs, around measures 37-40.
Also, at the end, it says "Alegretto DC." Am I supposed to go back to the begnning and repeat? If so, where do I end?

Oh, and what does "fp" mean? It looks like fortepiano, but that doesn't make much sense. "Loud-soft?"

The Trio is like a second movement to the Minuet (a dance in 3/4 time), if you will. Allegretto da capo, from where I see it in the piece, would mean to go back to the beginning of the Trio, and play through it without the repeats. And fp would be hitting the note loudly, then dropping to soft as quickly as you hit it loud.
