I'm getting bored with all the plinky plonky classical pieces and was wondering if anyone could recommend a piece which flows more - with melodies that interweve... just anything a bit more inspiring really!

You could try some of the Romantics, like Chopin (his nocturnes are beautiful). Their pieces, I find, are less "plinky plonky."

if not, try some jazz, or ragtime, like Scott Joplin (the entertainer (medium) and maple leaf rag (hard) are good ones, I've played them both at some point in time), or even George Gershwin, or, for a non 'plinky-plonky' classical piece, try Debussy, or Ibert.
