And also a 7 year old CAN be in 8th, with good ass grades too. Have u ever heard of a GENIUS?!?!? Yes, they do exist. An 11 year old graded from high skoo and went to uc berkeley or did he graduate from berkeley at 11?!?! i forgot. but it was on the news. Take a psychology class, they might tell u. There are more geniuses than u think.

to my eyes no interpreter really knows how to play the piano they only know how to play the pieces they have learned..

you guys are wasting your time arguing who`s the best. You should be practicing! I`m learning Mozart`s First sonata. It`s pretty easy.

I think Danielle has a good point. I`m 12 yrs old and I think I`m a good piano player.I`ve been playing for a year and have played at churches and schools. I`m not trying to brag or anything. Everybody plays a different kind of music and may think their the best, but who really knows.

How could a 7yr old play grade 8??? His hands wouldn`t be big enough to span an octave!!!

i`m only 14 and i can play the whole lot of hungarian rhapsody no. 2 by liszt.

hungarian rhapsody has six sharps and is an LMUSA piece which is the highest diploma, i am only doing grade 6 though

if that kid could play grade eight when he was seven he would be better than mozart why haven`t i heard of him before, what about his theory is that up to standard? This kid would be in grade 2 at school, if he was doing grade 8 piano he would have to do grade 6 theory! i could`t imagine a kid that age figuring out all the figured basses and other stuff to do with harmony etc.

i reckon that one of the best in the world would be jeno jando, you see that name on nearly any classical piano cd you get.

i think Maksim Mrvica is the best piano player. full stop. noone else. He`s a fab Croatian pianist
