I bought a piano...no, a keyboard it`s called.. I am some or what clueless about playing it... Are there any kind and knowing people who have a tip?

get some lessons i know it sounds like im trying to be a smart a$$ but if ur serious about playing u need the right technique... if u have a good ear for music....just down and try to sort out suff...i dunno what else....hope i helped hehe

Whats up buddy. Well I just starting playing myself and i do not take lessons. People tell me i play better in 3months than some people have been playing for years. Any way enough about me. Some useful tips are to know how to play chords, get a book or list of chords. Chords are three or more notes grouped together. There are chords such as the C chord, which is C E G or the G chord which is G B D, etc. Learn how to play chords in your left hand and melodies or single groups of notes in progression. This will help "dress up your music" and make it sound more full. Also know that all songs are made up of three chords. The I, IV, V. This means if a song is built on the C chord, it will start with the first chord C, then the 4th chord F, then the fifth chord G. simply start on C then go down four notes to F, then one note to G.
