Hello to everyone, first of all, sorry for my bad english but it isn't my main language.

I want to tell you guys my story, and want to know if someone can help me.

I'm 20 years old, i play the piano since i was 13, not more, but now it has been the most important thing of my life. I'm attending at the last year of bachelor degree, I give recitals and I go to competition.

I've a problem from 3-4 yearsthat i never solved and i want to know if i can solve it, or and i need to live together with it. The problem is about my right hand( My left hand is perfect, i've no technical problem, I'M NOT A LEFT HANDED PERSON.) On my right hand i have less power, less accuracy, less everything. I've a lot of tension (and sometimes little pain cause of too much stress)there, expecially on the ulnar zone of my wrist(on the back of the hand and on the palm). It's hard to describe it but it seems to be realeated with my 4th finger. It looks strange sometimes, not totally straight, and I feel like it can't support my arm weight, i feel like if it's shorter than others. Even my 5th is weak. After years of any kind of therapies ( with no solution) i met a doctor( specialized in musician problems) that told me i had NO MEDICAL PROBLEMS, but during my playing my wrist was too low( like flat) and It goes to the right side , like ulnar deviation. My tendons weren't aligned with the forearm. Now it's about 2 months that I practice every day to solve this problem. I Do scales, arpeggios, and other stuff with flexible wrist, and trying to align the 4th finger going left side with the wrist( hope you understand me). It seem to work but, sometimes i lose hope, because my wrist seem to be ALWAYS to the right side, it seems to be shorter, like compressed, the keys look like far because my fingers looks shorter in my mind, because their RAnge of motion is reduced. I don't know if it's a medical problem or if it can be solved with piano practice.

What do you think about it? If you need i can attach some photos or video of my piano playing, and for more details we can chat on private. Thank you to everyone.
