It depends which movement you are after. The most popular one is probably the first movement.
www.music-scores.com does the 1st, 2nd and 3rd movements I believe, however they have a download restriction. If you`re desperate, you could take screen captures (PrintScreen) of the scores when viewing with Scorch, but I don`t really think the site owners want you to do that. If you haven`t exceeded their 5 PDF download limit then you can get them there.
This site does the 1st movement, but the PDF is members only. The scores are available on the Scorch plug-in but I assume that you aren`t allowed to copy the scores from it. Either way, you can listen for free.
Actually, I`ve just read their Scorch policy and it seems fine to PrintScreen the pages from it, which you could then print out. I`m not sure why they make only the PDF member`s only when somebody could assemble their own one from the Scorch thing.
Anyway there you are. If you want to PrintScreen the scores at music-scores.com then I suggest you read their policy first just to make sure you aren`t breaking their rules, even though they can`t tell if you`ve take screen captures or not. One more thing, which probably isn`t relevant, but I`ve noticed that at music-scores.com you can download any number of the MIDI files for free, but when you download 5 PDFS, not only are the PDFS no longer available, but the MIDI files can no longer be downloaded. You may want the consider that before downloading 5 PDFS (if it isn`t too late).
Good luck with Moonlight Sonata.

Actually, eventhough music-scores.com has restrictions, you can easily dodge them. For instrance, click on the "listen" button of any song, and it will give you the scores and play the music. The scores are a picture, not text. But if you move you mouse over it in the corner you will see a little box apear, there will be a print button there. Click that, and it will print you the notes. You can do this for an unlimited number of times. They really should atleast try protecting their music.
