i don`t have perfect pitch. My first piano teacher had it. At the time i wasn`t too serious. I moved teachers a long time ago.
Once i tested him and he got every note but i still am curious about the speed which they can know the notes and if they can hear and separate if two notes are played at the same time.

Me, i think i have it. lol
well if someone plays a note i usually can identify, but its more like... when someone sings something for me or im tryin to copy a song or find a harmony, i can find it straight off
i play by ear and its heaps of fun

I think I have almost-perfect pitch.
When I sing or think music in my head, it`s usually in the right key.
I heard Yo-Yo Ma mess up.
I can actually hear a difference between natural and equal temperament.
I can play by ear, some simple things.
Vibrato sucks.

i do, both my piano and sax teacher have told me that i did, all i do is say a,b,c,d,e,f,g in my head and whatever the note thats being played or hummed or something.. thats how i know excactly what note it is.. try it some time.. listen to like ur lawn mower and go throughthat.. my laswn mower has the sound of a g... just listen to things like that and figure out what it is.. and if u dont have perfect pitch.. it will help u anyways with hearing what note it is.. dont ask why im listening to my mower lmao

I can also do that - my lawn mower has the sound of an a. The bell on my bike is, strangely enough, a g sharp.

Hmm, finding intervals isn`t too difficult. I find that since i play french horn, i`ve been forced to feel notes, although it`s not very helpful my instrument is in the key of F.
But as long as you can have a single note ingrained into your head (the more, the better), you can pretty much pick up anything.
For fun, i like to write music on the backs of paper at school, then go home to see how accurate i was to what i wanted in my head.
But aside from that, Perfect Pitch is acquired, not given at birth, so anybody can have perfect pitch really.
