I started piano when I was 14, 2 years ago and I was wondering if it is too late to get really good.. like playing chopin`s hardest pieces and stuff..

Of course not! The average person lives well into their 70s, so that gives you at least another 54 years to get really good.

16 is definitely not too late to start learning Chopin. I`ve seen people pick up the piano in their 40`s and are now playing Rachmaninoff.
