I don`t listen to a lot of Piano music, mostly orchestral music. My favorite composer in both categories is Mozart. for Piano it is Fantasie and sonate in c-minor. For Orchestra and piano it is Concerto in c-minor. The few pieces he wrote in minor (2 sonatas and 2 concertos) are the most expressive. Mozart is the most divine composer, his music was practically finished before he wrote it down. After mozart comes Bach.

to find nearly any sheet music (I`m just looking for Brahm`s ballad in Gm, and some George Winston and some Prokofiev) go to Sheetmusicarchive.net.
It has that awesome Revolutionary Etude under Chopin under Etudes, it`s Etude Op10 No12
