hi im a high school student and i`ve been palying piano for about 10 years and 2 hours everyday (literally)

i have a question for anyone who is a professor in music or a professional and i was wondering if "mazeppa", one of the transcendental etudes by liszt would be a little bit too hard for a high school student... i find it challenging but satisfying after finally finishing the first 5 pages.

thanks for responding

how can anyone tell you if a piece is too hard for you? Your being a high school student doesn`t always mean you can or can`t play certain things. If you can pull it off, go for it! If you want technical help, we`re here. If you think its just a bit too difficult, put it away for awhile and try it again later. Whatever you do, don`t limit yourself because of your age. good luck!
