hi, ive been taking piano since i was 4 or 5(im 14now).. ive always loved music.>(i want to go to university for piano) I take 6 INstruments already.. but SINCE this summer iV gotten a new piano teacher and now im starting to dislike piano.. but ive worked so hard the past 10 years im going to a highschool for advanced arts for piano dance and sax.. but if i dont like idont like it as much as i usedto whats the point... right now im playin revolutionary etude and i like it.. but im not aloud to work on it with her.. she only lets me do conservatory and theory and i have to practice it an hour a day(without the theory.. thats extra) and i got all my peices perfect within the first week but she usually focuses most on theory and i have hour lessons once a week.. ive been with her for about a month now and i havent even passed a song yet and theyre perfect! please help i really do want to become a profecional piano player and perform and all that but.. i dont know.. is theyre any songs or anything to listen to or anything to do that will get me to like it again.. .. i think im getting a new teacher for august.

I am 16 and i have had the same teacher ever since i started playing and the only thing i don`t like about him is the fact that he treats me like i am some kind of baby, and i have been playing for almost 10 years. i only wish i could have another teacher because he doesn`t like the fact that i play by ear.
