I was wondering how the hell you are supposed to play that fast run in A major scale near the end of this Lizst piece, I cant get near the pace you require.

play it through slowly with a metronome
then play rythms, for instance if you`re playing a fast scale-like passage, make every other note faster than the previous one, for example, play the first note as a dotted eighth note and the one after it as a sixteenth, repeating this pattern throughout the passage. And do it slowly; even great pianists practice jumps and fast passages at excrucatingly slow speeds- it takes a rare patience to master the piano
