Eric...
WHAT SORT OF TEACHER DO YOU HAVE?!
Jeez, the guy/woman must be a f*cking virtuoso...
I paid around $100 per 10 lessons or so...
And she was good, too. She`d finished the Tchaikowsky conservatory with a perfect grade... And her son is a young violin prodigy.

I think a teacher is justified in getting annoyed if they are teaching ungrateful kids who don`t practice, but I was working very hard at it(as well as dealing with my final year of school), and playing well- he would get angry over the most minor mistakes. He did stop it a bit, though, when I pointed out that all he did was criticise.

well its cuz her record is really good with Distinctions and all that stuff and shes friends with Miriam Hyde, a composer. My teacher has her own concert every year where her students play 2 pieces(not exam ones). Ive went to Sydney Opera house to play which she hired a large area for the concert.
None of her pupils have received any marks lower than A for years.
She has 3 pianos, and another one which is that big one, i forgot how to call it. It really helps to have those pianos cuz one of them is for the starters so it has like stickers on the keys that shows the keys. The next pianos dont have any stickers or anything tho.
