I am an accomplished pianist, I give concerts, recitals, and intend to make a Cd, but I want to try something new: Teaching. I, however, have a problem. Should I use a method or design my own? So far, every method I see is to slow or erroneous to use. My teacher just started me right out with classics and `Tonal Harmony`, but would this work for someone who wasn`t at least somewhat of a virtuoso? ANY input would be appreciated: before I start teaching I want to make sure i`m doing it right!

welllllllllll, one good way 2 start out is to give them the book (john thompson) book #1. it works relly good 4 beginners. its nice cause it shows the fingerings. u shood also giv ur students a sheet of paper that has the notes and they hav 2 tell u wat it is. but thats pretty much 4 begginers hope that helps. CHOW!
