DUDE! FREAK YEAH! dci is sooo awesome, i`ve been around for like...5 or so years, my older brother marched it, he was with Magic Of Orlands for a couple years, and for his last two he was with Boston Crusaders. His age-out was last year. DUDE I encourage ANY marching students to try DCI out..it`s a GGRRREEEAATTT experience...LONG LIVE THE DRUM LINE!!

drum corps is incredible but i would have to say that Blue Devils and Vanguard are my favorites i`ve seen them live so many times and they always blow me away but they got some great competition but they are still the best

DCI is the best man! I personally Like the Blue Devils and Impulse. For you guys who don`t know, Impulse is a DCI group out of Cali, they have a kick ass Drumline (when I saw them they had like 10 Basses, 10 Tenors, and 17 Snares)! It was insane they hooked up their drums to a rack and ran around hitting the in perfect harmony! Anyone who likes DCI and doesn`t know about the Blue Devils, SHAME ON YOU! Oh man, DCI is going to be phat as hell this year. It`s at the Riverside Community Campus in California. That`s the school I`m going to next year, and hopefully I`ll be joining their line as bass or tenor. Anyway, I`m going to the show, and hopefully getting the hookups, since I`ve got a lot of friends in Drum Corps. :-D Yay for me.

SC Vanguard is the best. No comparison. Their show in 70`s Fiddler on Roof has never been equaled by them or any other corp since. Period. Get a tape of that show and see what a drumline really is !

i`ve been playing a while and i`ve always wanted to join a corps, but i don`t think i`m challenged enough. Any tips on how to get better so i won`t be embarased at tryouts?

yeah I would have to agree with that, especially their drumline, they are about the cleanest things I`ve ever heard. Especially in these past three years they`ve won.

hey all , k i`m only 14 years old and i wana be in the devil so bad. and i would like to ay that the cavies are good but their all guys and also all jus machines. Now the devils, the devils are awsome because they got soul! and their just alot more fun.
I`M in the Regina lions band or Regina saskathchewan canada. this band is amaizin we jus one the macbda championships and are still goin strong. we aren`t considerd and drum corps but we should be .i`d say AA or maybe even A class. but when i`m done high school i jus wanna go for the devils!
