DCI is awsome! I especially like the Cavilers. If anyone has any drum core music tabed out (for snare), plz send it to me! Its hard to find any good stuff. I play snare, although I am not center this year (bummer) I`m in a drumline in Canada (yea, thats right Canada) and I hope to try out for a band in the US after I graduate.

Wow,
Maybe I overlooked it but noone has mentioned the Phantom Regiment who I personally think has one of the tightest snare lines I have ever heard. Although the blue devils have the tightest. The snare solo Phantom Phrenzy is a level 6 on the Florida solo & ensemble and I will be performing it my senior year( 2 years from now, im a sophmore in high school). I am on snare line for my high school and I am obsessed with DCI and it is my passion. However, I am in need of a challenge so if anyone has some difficult snare, sixlet, or quint parts that they wouldnt mind sharing please email them to me at Googie2003@aol.com. thanks!

Hey man,
Im glad youre trying out.I would but i dont have anytime for myself. We have a very cool and fast drum feature this year and if ANYONE that can read this wants to here it they can go to JWpepper.com and then go to shop catalogs and then go to marching band then go to percussion features and then click on the midi file for tho` down at the ho` down. The suppose-to-be-tom part that you here we turned into a playing off of cymbals thing(gives it an added touch). But Brian if you have any snare music that you wouldnt mind letting me look at please send it my way at Googie2003@aol.com.see ya!

i marched center snare three years at my high school. clarkston high school a very respected marching band. my dream has always been to be able to march DCI either the blue devils or the madison scouts.... i could deal with the glassmen. but the thing is that dci is the some of the most amazing and challenging sports i have ever done. you have to completely in sync with every single person on the field with the same tone changes as everyone else. i could go on forever... but drumline is the center of the band! listen back to the drumline band!

Hey I`m a big fan of DCI and the drum corps scene. I`m centre snare in a UK Scout band and I play snare in Northern Star`s winter line too. Northern* won DCE A class and came 3rd in DCE Open class and BYBA Division 1

yeah DCI is way sweet. im going out for Impulse (Div. II out of Buena Park California) this year playing tenors or bass. someone earlier said something about impulse being a gigantic drumline...17 snares, 10 basses and 10 tenors...actually this year the caption head said that they`d have most like a 7 or 8 snare line, 5 tenors, and 5 basses. just to tell ya. anyway, im a big fan of SCV, Blue Devils, Cavaliers. Phantom Regiment is cool too. im gonna be going to Fresno State next year, so after i do Div II this summer (hopefully) then ill try for maybe Div I. later

YESSS!!! I LOVE IT!! I`m trying out for Carolina Crown in 2 weeks, actually, on tenors. First time tryin out for a corps, so it should be pretty cool! My all time favorite shows are Cavies 2000-2002, Cadets 2000, Blue Devils 2000 and 2003, and Phantom Regiment 2003. So yeah, DCI rocks.

IT`S ALL ABOUT THE MADISON SCOUTS!!!!!!!!!!! (before 2002 anyway)

My boyfriend marched plates for 2002, and im convinced that madison had the best attitude in dci (before&including 2002)
a lot of my friends march/ marched madison!
it`s agreat corps...

im still all for the red sash and gauntlets though
