At first i thought you meant a rock band. But actually yes, you aren't neccissarily geeks. You can be geeks, but it dosen't have to do with the fact you are in a band group. I personally think it would be !****!edly boring playing boring music. You can tell me all about how you go to competitions and other !***!, but I think it is more rewarding having people you know liking the music you play. Now if you don't like rock or metal or alternative or you just really like the music you play, then thats fine. I'm not gonna talk smack to you. But I disagree with the fact that people are jealous of you. I think they are just insecure. I personally do not envy you at all, mainly because to succeed in non- rock bands, you have to play the music given to you. To succeed in a rock band, you have to play what the fans like.
