Hey all I`m starting a drum line program at the middle school where I teach. I`ve marched in band and remember the FSU marching chiefs had the snare, bass and quads....plus crash cymbals....is the it for the drum line? My principal needs one by January 17th for a parade so the band isn`t marching yet.

Also do you high step or roll step with drums for marching?

Lots of questions so little time.

we use crash cymbals on our drumline so they can hold them for our snares to play a rock beat and we also role step, but our whole band role steps
