Could people please stop resurrecting ancient threads!!! There is no point. Whoever asked the question has probably either found an answer and moved on with their lives, or not found an answer and gone on with their lives. When a thread is 2 entire years old, whoever started it doesn`t probably even remember that they did it in the first place. All you accomplish is crowding up the forum page with OLD THREADS and the newer, more pertinent threads are being covered up and pushed down the page with replies to these old threads.
That obviously wasn`t very grammatically correct, but you get the point.
