I`m from Mexico so my english is not good so sorry in advance.
Can somebody help please!
Yesterday in my secong practice sesion my left lip corner started to leak air as I blowed into my mouthpiece.
I didn`t change anything from my morning sesion.
I thought it was the reed but no.Also I though that today this problem could stop but no.
This is getting me crazy.
Did someone out there had experience something like this in the past?
Thanks
Moses

this happened to me in my first year... but only after like an hour of playing.... its usually when you play for so long that your whole mouth just refuses to work.... but if your getting it right away... thats a bit odd.... check your embrecheur....(mouth)... you can possibly be putting to much of it on... so you to.. i dontknow.. on it... and since in gets slightly bigger as you go up it would be harder to keep your mouth on it causing air to come out enabling you to play pretty much... try not going on the mouth piece as much... like only stay at about the end of it but still mantain a comfortable position... keep your mouth inlike curled under i guess (im not the greatest at explaining) this should help....
if you have more questions email me at jen_a_n@hotmail.com and im sure i can help

I agree with Jen. The problem may lie in the fact that your embouchure just needs a little work. In your private practice sessions, just do about 10 minutes of long tones throughout your whole range. After this, I would work on vibrato for a little while, but that`s optional. Also, make sure that you`re not smiling when you play. Keep your mouth in an "O" shape, as if you were whistling. Keep your teeth on top of the mouthpiece, and place your bottom lip on the point where the reed touches the mouthpiece. I find this is the best way to get proper breath control and response from the reed.
Feel free to also email me at dudeinanigloo@hotmail.com if you need any tips.
Happy playing,
Thomas

they are right. Also, do you have braces? Because that can cause air to leak.
