you can have water in your mouth and as you breath through your nose you spit out the water that`s in your mouth

You know, I have tried it a few times. It`s just one of those things that you have to really work at, like slaptongue, overtones, altissimo, and double and triple tounguing (none of which I can do very well). My teacher has been playing the sax for more than 30 years, and he can do all of those things amazingly well.
So, about circular breathing. From what I have been told, the best way to learn it is to blow bubbles into a straw immersed in water. Then, when you`re almost out of breath, puff your cheeks out so you have extra air in them, and then force the air out of your cheeks while breathing in through your nose simultaneously. I can almost do it, but there is always a slight pause when I breathe in. Oh well. I`ll have plenty of time to practice it when I get to university.
This technique is not essential either. It is an extra skill you can learn in order to play some of the weirder pieces out there. There is always something new you can learn, no matter how long you`ve been playing.

It has stuff ALL about circular breathing there.
...Also you should probably look at some of the threads around, because conveniently, I made this thread a while back.
And am still learning to circular breathe.
