Is Bundy a good sax brand? I`m really not sure. How much are they worth?

No, It`s a really bad brand!, don`t buy one!

the best brand would be the Yamaha YAS-23

To be honest, yts-23 is the bottom of the line yamaha tenor...but it`s not a bad starter.

i have a yamaha allegro alto sax i started out with a bundy so they aint that bad if it workds its good.

If ur a beginner a bundy 2 is fairly good, if its in good shape. Try it with a yamaha 4c mouthpiece and vandoren v 16 reeds. a mouthpiece can sometimes make all the difference

I aked m band teacher which sax brand is the best if i wanna buy one?
She said that yamaha was. So i would recomend a yamaha. But if you jus started playing the sax, i would recommend a relly cheap sax.

There is nothing wrong with a bundy to start out on. I started out on a Conn (What a piece of crap) but it worked, and got me in jazz band with no problem. All these people talking about Yahama`s being the best I do not agree with. Yamaha`s are good, but are not the best. There is one that start with a B, some really weird name that is by far the best. Right now I am playing a stepup model. It is based on the Yamaha design, and is actually a better instrument and cost about the third of the price. Screw all you Yamaha huggers.

if you find a conn in decent condition it will serve you well, i have played mine since 7th grade and it`s sounds great, but still, its not a sax you`d wantto play forever, but i feel its not a peice of crap.

Finaly, I got a Selmer and I will never play anything else again. If you are just starting I would recomend a Yamahah as it is around the middle to high class range for student models.

The best ever is a selmer series 3 model 64 tenor sax,Yamaha is crap compared to this, it coast about $7000 but it is totaly worth it, if your commited and like playing this is the one. It has the best sound, quickest response and can easly hit the altissimo and lower register.

i totally agree that selmer tops them all. not only that the company acquired it from antoine joseph sax himself in the late 1800s but the secrecy of metal molding is well kept.
