I just practice on the sax. You know how to do it; move your jaw up and down. Just practice that real slow and gradualy get faster, eventually it just comes to you.

My professor had me say VaVaVaVa over and over to get me to feel how my jaw should move. Set the metronome for about 71-76 bpm, and work on vibrato. Start with quarter notes, then go to 8th notes, then triplet 8th notes, and finally 16th notes.
