I have been playing my alto sax for 4 years now and I have noticed that my emochure is crooked.

It is hard to explain. It is just that when I play. I curl my bottom lip and stuff. But my whole mouth is going to more of the left side then in the center. When I put my mouth on my mouthpiece it isn`t straight. It is more of a diagonal. Is this normal, what should I do?

I`ve been playing alto sax for 10 years, and I have the same problem. Despite that fact, I have been told by my band director (a saxophone major) that I have a very good sound. So don`t worry about it.
