i got my soprano its in perfect condition and every thing its just i cant get any lower then low F so if any has any advice please tell me how to solve this

Is it out of adjustment? Many new horns must be adjusted before they are playable, especially if you found a great deal on one.

Do you get any sound on the lower notes? Cause if you don`t or you get a very out of tune and distortion sound, it`s mostly like that there`s something wrong with the horn.
