Does anyone here know how to play the high notes, I mean what to press, the notes B and obove third octave.
I don`t know the buttons beyond B.
If you give me website that shows it will be good too.
Thanks

i don`t know of any websites, but there are books( some called Essential Elements and some called Essential Elements 2000 or Essential Technique and Essential Technique 2000) they have all the fingereings for all for the notes with a few excpetions. If you have a step up model then it probably has a high f sharp key, in that case just play the highest note in the fingering chart and then press that key also.

I`ve been playing the alto sax for about 25yrs <G>. When I first began to play, and got an interest for hitting those high notes; I found I wasn`t able to get them with my student model. If your sax has the F# key, you`ll get those higher notes with the trill keys down near the high F# key (Just above the area of your right hand & between your index finger & thumb). If you have that key, just work up your scales to those notes, and you`ll get them. It takes practice, don`t give up.
