Does anyone happen to know what strength reed would be suggested for the saxaphone if I play on a strength 4 for the clarinet? Thanks.

Well, i can`t say i`ve ever played Clarinet for long but i suppose it depends what style you want to play. I find on Alto that i tend to play on 2, 2 1/2 reeds for jazz and 3, 3 1/2 for classical but you really should experiment to find which one suits you best!
