I am having a really hard time trying to get a low c# note out is there anything i can do to get the note and also when ever i play for a while behind my cheeks it starts to hurt really bad and im am using a vandoren size 3 reed with a selmer as300 sax and also do you guys have any tips that icould use to get better i know practice is one please answer thanks

Use smaller reed sutch as 2 or 2.5(2,1/2)
And use A lot of air on lover nots sutch asd and lower.

For Bb try all your fingers down and 6left pinky and botom right pinky and for b#same except for left pinky on 5.
