Should I get the Selmer (Paris) Jazz Metal Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece, C* or the Selmer (Paris) S-80 Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece, C* or maybe some kind of Otto Links Mouthpiece. I am going to be Lead Tenor this year in our Jazz Band and I'm not sure if I should get a Metal or Hard Rubber Mouthpiece. Also Otto Links seems like I would be taking a leap of faith if I bought it. And finally I don't know if I should get a VanDoren Ligature of Rovner....I think I already have a Rovner Light.

i've never tried the selmer mouthpieces, but selmer is a pretty repritable company so i am sure it would be a good quality mouthpiece but not sure if it the mouthpiece would produce the style you would want. otto links is a high quality product and has a great sound from what i have experienced.
i think the best thing to do is to go to a store and try each of the mouthpieces out and see which one you prefer. though that might not be heaps accurate becasue it sometimes takes a little while to "break in" the mouthpiece.
it might help to talk to your sax teacher or a store owner.
i was talking to carlos barbaro (the tenor sax player from the Cat Empire) and he got this awesome mouthpiece and it was white. he was going to get a $1500 mouthpiece but ended up buying a $200 white tenor mouthpiece that he thought was better then the expensive one.
have a chat to some pros.
