I had the privaleage of doing an online trial from Jody Jazz for quite a number of his pieces. Personally I think they are really great and quite different from what I usually played. I was so pleased with the Alto DV, ESP, and the classic expecially. I ended up purchasing the DV and the classic i just couldnt part with them.. I find myself playing the classic a lot since i use the DV for performance. I DV is amazing I can play brighter or classic mellow with just adjusting my embouchure and maybe changing reed types. Its amazing what you can do, I am still amazed by the incredible altissimo that you can achieve on it. What do you think?

I currently own an alto dv and it is the best alto mouthpiece I have ever played on. The mouthpiece I had before that was a vintage guardala gold. Custom mouthpieces are the only way to go. I have a custom dukoff that would be nothing without the hand work that has been done to it.

They are great mouthpieces, I still love my otto-link for tenor but I love the jody for alto.
