Hi,
Somewhere on this board somebody posted about getting free sheet music from a program called Midi. The only program I could find was one called Midinotate. You load up the midi file there are at least 1,000,000 on the internet. I picked Pink Panther, I loaded the file in and 5 seconds later I was looking at the sheet music for Pink Panther. Who ever posted about this MANY THANKS. It is only a trial version but I am seriously considering purchasing the Full version. I think it could be well worth it. If anybody else wants to have a look at the program do a search for Midinotate (all 1 word). Let me know how you get on.

The notate was on the second line of my previous posting. For other stuff you might want to download Finale notepad for free and you can write music. When your trial period for midinotate expires you can download noteworthy player which isn`t as good but it still works. Also the program sibelius 2 (demo available) can open midi files and you can do alot of editing.

try overture. It`s a program you can download and it never runs out, you can write music, save it, open midis, etc. It`s really good. Just search it on the net, and it`s fairly easy to find. Its Cakewalk software.
hope that helps
Ps; try some of their other programs... fruityloops and stuff. good fun!
