I'm trying to buy a sax from Woodwind and Brasswind. Wondering if anyone has had bad customer service experience with this company. Their sales reps are very good and helpful but it seems hard to get info out of customer service. I've had some complications with payment on my order and items being on back order but it seems I always have to call them to get an update rather than hearing anything from them.

Oh well, I'll keep trying for now.

I've bought several items from them over the years....
From a cheap box of Reeds to a Selmer Series III Silver Alto and I've never had any problems with their service or staff.

I think it's just the complications of me buying overseas. They have been very good on the phone it turns out, just costly with the number of times I have to phone them from Australia. Oh well, the price I pay for living down under. No worries, thanks for the feedback.
