I have a saxophone that is not known well. The sound came out good when I first started on it, and I recently bought a new cheap mouthpiece. Could it be the mouthpiece messing up my playing, and making the sound horrible. I am in jazz, and I saw a 70 dollar mouthpiece for jazz. What are your reccomendations? Shuld I get a new sax, or just a better mouthpiece?

What kind of saxophone and mouthpiece do you have?
