I ordered a Cecilio Soprano Sax and I was disappointed with the shoddy workmanship and quality of this horn. However, I ordered a Kohlert Alto Sax from Musician123, and I was shocked beyond belief how nicely this horn was put together. The quality in the workmanship is very evident, and this horn can compete with Selmers and Yagis. The case it came in is also very well made. This is made in Vietnam, and I am just amazed at how nice this horn lokks and play. It came already in tune, how about that. Definitely 5 stars.

Already came in tune?

Yup, I played some tune from backing tracks from cd, and can't believe I'm in tune.

Tuning on a saxophone is based off mouthpiece position.

I ordered a Cecilio, had to return it, because it was way out of tune, like some notes would be flats and some sharps. It was probably put together by a machine and the bores are not accurate.
