Does anyone have any tips for glissando? You know, not slurring, but sliding the notes up or down? I have a general idea of how to do it, but i need some help to perfect it. Help, please!!!

No, like the noise a trombone makes when you blow in it and pull the slide out.

that would be a smear. i had to do them in Furioso in Jr Concert this year. what i do to smear is really drop my jaw and make my mouth tighter as i come up through the notes. it sounds smeared because of the changing pitches. Try that.
